I bought this purple gakky last week at "Takimoto" while I was in Kyoto for work 💜.
Gakkies are still the best cosmetics ❤.
I was drinking it while making pasta for lunch.
I didn't use canned tomatoes 🥫, but fresh tomatoes 🍅 and ground meat 🍅 and since I didn't have any ground meat, I pounded it with a knife into ground meat 🍷. The base was anchovies from a 100 yen can, wine for flavor 🍷 and kiwi to add sweetness❤.
It was a great dish with just the leftovers ❤
It's nice to cook while drinking sake.
Gakki has a great aroma in the same vein as "Kaze no Mori" 🍷 Not too sweet, the acidity gives it a summery feel ❤ I love how refreshing it is!

Today we had leftover meat and potatoes, egg omelet🥚 and chilled tofu!
This also goes well with gakki.
