Nabeshima ✨ is a freshly squeezed, unblended sake with a production year of November 2022 and was in the fridge.
Although it is labeled as Junmai Ginjo, the rice used is Yuyamanishiki and the milling ratio is 50%, so it can also be called Junmai Daiginjo!
The wine is gassy and has a gentle aroma that spreads out and finishes with a clean and beautiful aftertaste 🎶.

It is a versatile sake that can be served as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink💘
