Kansai Sake-no-Wa Sakai Off-line Meeting (5)
The second bottle of sake brought by Mr. and Mrs. Wakata
They bought it when they went back home.
The label, which we have never seen at a liquor store, gives it a special feeling 😊.
Not too sweet, a little dry and looks good warmed up!
(Have I tried heating sake with this? I don't remember😅)
It went well with the squid mentaiko (squid roe) that you brought!
I can't really describe it, but it had that unique Miyagi-shu feeling I had when I drank Hakurakusei and Zao.
Not sweet, but not spicy?
This time I realized that local sake goes well with local food!

Hello, bouken!
This was my first time to attend this event and I must say that everyone not only has a good sense of sake, but also has the ability to match the food with the drinks 😇.
Especially for local sake, the best way is to have a local appetizer 😀.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube!
I had not really thought about it before, but I was able to reconfirm that it goes well with local ingredients and cuisine, just as the name "locally brewed sake" implies 🤗.
