I always stop by this liquor store when I pass by. When I peek in for the first time in a while, I find Nabeshima in the fridge😍. This is the first Nabeshima I've encountered that I've never had 🥰, so I bought it, but when I checked my sakénowa records, I had already had it a year ago 😝. I'll have to get back on track 😚. When I poured it into the sake cup, I saw fine bubbles floating in the air. It makes my expectations soar! The taut acidity jumps in. After a thin spiciness, a sweetness spreads, but then an astringent bitterness appears at the back of the tongue. All of them are moderately assertive, well-balanced, and pleasant. It is fresh all the way through 😆.

All Nabeshima products are delicious, but I especially like "Kitashizuku" and "Junmai Ginjo Omachi".

Good evening, AAJI! Nabeshima has its own character, but surely "Kitashizuku" and "Omachi" are delicious 🤤. I end up getting sucked into any of the Nabeshima 😅.
