I bought Tasake and Toyobai from the four breweries in the Hanafukuyuki 70% Unified Project. This time, we compared them 😁. I immediately drank a glass of Nanashiko Nuriko with mackerel stick sushi (which I got at the Aomori product exhibition) 😍. The color is almost transparent. The aroma is soft and apple-like 🍎. In the mouth, perhaps due to the fact that it is served in a boar cup, the first taste is mildly sweet, followed by acidity and bitterness. It has the refinement and umami that is typical of tasake. Compared to Toyobai, it is more mellow. Serve with saba-bozushi (mackerel stick sushi). It harmonizes the peculiar and peculiar taste of mackerel and brings out the best in each other.
