The "G" in "IMPRESSION-G" is the "G" in "Gennochi
IMPRESSION-G" is a sake that corresponds to the directly pumped version of "Gen-no-chi.
Gennochi" is one of the brewery's representative brands that has won awards in various contests.
It has a refined taste that is typical of Kyokai No. 7 yeast.
Even though the sake is fire-aged, the carbon dioxide gas is still alive and fresh, and of course the freshness is still there this year.
It has a fresh sweet aroma like that of a tank of fermenting mash, and the crisp acidity and umami flavor give it a sharp taste that will not make you tired of drinking it.
