This is one of the bottles we purchased on Sado Island.
Junmai Ginjo, easy to drink.
I would have liked it better if it were a little less sweet.
However, it was great with grilled makomodake mushrooms!

It is a crisp, easy-drinking sake, with a standard flavor that you will never get tired of. However, another sake from this brewery, Ichimi Shin is a really cosy and tasty sake...it has a dry score of 75 points.
