This is my first time drinking Honkinen.
Sake brewed with rice called Yumeshinano🌾.
The first aroma is fruity and sweet.
The first sip has a fruity sweet aroma with a refreshing acidity and a juicy sweetness that finishes with a refreshing acidity.
According to the owner, the sparkling ✨️ on the label is a sweet and sour type.
It was quite delicious ✨️🍶

I heard this is Miyajima's hanpukai sake 🤔.
I had a bottle of this at Yasube's house and I thought it was the best Honkin I've ever had 😊.

It was indeed delicious.
