First visit to Kyoku, an upscale restaurant at Shiogama Port, a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Miyagi Prefecture. Since my companion did not show up, I decided to have a drink in the meantime.
This sake was entered in the 2023 National New Sake Competition.
It is gorgeous and has a fine sweetness.
Atago no matsu, amazing.
