The other day, we opened a bottle of unfiltered unpasteurized sake that had been stored at Lemacom, so we opened this one to compare the tastes!
The other day's unfiltered nama sake had a nice ripeness and sweetness, but what about the fire-brewed version?
On the first day, I could feel the freshness that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei, but the sweetness and flavor were weaker?
This is delicious in its own way, but I enjoyed the previous unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake.
