[This is the fourth drink 🍶 that I've had at Poziya.
This one was served after the first 5 drinks were poured ✨.
Takejaku Yamahai Nama-hai Nama-no-Filtered Nama-shu.
The aroma of rice is a little heavy like Yamahai, the mouthfeel is heavy but the taste is clean and crisp, with a sweet aftertaste and a lingering bitterness on the palate.
If the flavor is this robust, I think it would be good with spicy gizzard 🤔.
