Rice used: 60% polished Kitakata-produced Yume-no-Kou rice
Alcohol content: 15%.
On my way home yesterday, I went to a liquor store in search of a special pure sake from Tasake. I chose Banshu Issen Sumishu and a third bottle. I was caught by the "just arrived". I got home and immediately opened the bottle. It is rough and energetic. Looks like it needs to settle down a bit 😆.
