I wanted to drink something a little different, so I tried Yaemon Apple Acid Yeast Brewing ❗I thought it might be apple-apple, but it was surprisingly light on the apple flavor 🍎.
Tasake and Hato Masamune may have more apple flavor ❗
I was just too caught up in the term "apple acid yeast", but it tastes delicious 🎵It has a clear, sharp, and very white wine taste 🥂.
