The third drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was a Urahankura Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori, which I thought would be on the lineup soon. I thought it might be time to add it to the lineup.
I have had this sake many times already, and it is my favorite sake that I like to drink whenever it is on the lineup.
Now for the Urahankura, which I haven't had in a while. The taste is refreshingly sweet on the palate ✨.
And the mouthfeel is silky smooth, as only a daiginjo can be.
The bitterness and pungency are not so pronounced, and I felt that it is just an easy to drink and delicious sake 😁.

Good morning to you too, ma-ki-san!
I'm actually curious about Hanzo, which is another Mie sake brand that I've never seen before 😁.
[I've actually never seen "Kami no Ho" before and realized that Mie Sake is pretty thin on the ground ✨.

Gyve, thank you for your comments here as well.
I'm sorry to hear that this was your first time to try Hanzo. It has a milder sweetness and aroma than Zakusama, but it also has a sake feel to it, which I love. I often see Kami no Ho in Mie sake 😊.
