I drank it one day at a time, The second time (on the third day after opening the bottle), the acidity and umami increased and it was delicious. We paired it with a gourmet chicken skin stewed in miso from Kure City. I put a little too much miso and it became stronger than the sake, But it was delicious. Both the sake and the miso stew are delicious. Today's beer is Kinmugi Spring, It's sold seasonally, but does it taste the same? I like it because it's light.
