Y.Tokushige
This sake is easy to drink, like a refreshing water, and its umami taste spreads gradually. At the first sip, you may think it tastes watery and light, but then a slight fruity sweetness appears in the slightly bitter taste. It is mildly delicious.
Sake rice: 76% Gohyakumangoku, 84% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio→Koji rice 40%, Kake rice 50%.
