The yellow label stood out at a local liquor store. I remember seeing it at Sake-no-Wa, so I bought it. I checked and found that I had drunk it last year, too. I opened the bottle gently, being careful not to open the bottle. Pouring it into a glass, it bubbles like soda water. On the third day, the bubbles settled down and I felt a soft sweetness.
