The aroma is subdued.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, and is a food-friendly sake that goes well with food, with a moderate assertiveness that I personally consider to be a characteristic of Miyagi sake. It is fresh, but not overly refreshing. The aftertaste is normal.
Recommended for intermediate to advanced drinkers.
