Aomori sake is often rice wine, but Mutsu Hachisen is also very good ✨This Jun Dai Hachisen 40 is really good from the first sip 😋It has a mellow and deep flavor, but is also light and crisp, which makes the sake go down a treat. ☺️ a bit expensive but 🤣.
