Reunited after 5 years. 2017 Junmai Ginjo sake was not nama-shu, but polished to 58% rice. The 2017 Junmai Ginjo-shu was not a nama-shu but a Junmai Ginjo-shu with 58% polished rice and 16% ALC.
The soft taste and fruity aroma of Yamadanishiki changed my image of Toichi, which had a strong image of being dry.
