first chrysanthemum of the season
The aroma is reminiscent of mango sweetness. In the mouth, a feeling of gas with a swirling sensation. Freshness and sweetness spread. It finishes nicely with a lingering sweetness.
The first Kangiku. It was my first encounter at a restaurant I went to. I found a good sake. I paired it with konnyaku, daikon radish, and tofu at an oden restaurant. It was a good pairing.
