Hi, Hanapin! Saikyo-yaki and hiyaoroshi sounds like a good match ❣️ I can't wait to try it as fried soaked vegetables are also my favorite 😍. I think the trick is to wipe off the miso paste nicely. Some fishmongers recommend washing it, but I can't do it 💦.
