Pale peach melon.
Ripe melon on the palate, a bit chemical when swallowed.
There is a fizzy, slightly fizzy feeling even though it has been three days since the bottle was opened.
There is a little bit of koji flavor, and then a touch of rice.
It's a little gentle at 14 degrees, but it's dense, probably because it's a pure sake.
Not bad.
It goes well with mild-flavored chicken chili.
