disry
This year was the first time for me to visit the brewery. I heard that the brewery was visiting Mitsukoshi, so I dropped by on a whim and thought, "Huh, there's a kind I've never seen before. To be honest, it was expensive, but I was determined to buy it.
The aroma is strongly lactic. The aroma was strong lactic acidity, with citrus and honey notes. There is almost no gassiness. I wonder why I can't find any brewed forests with a strong gaseous taste.
The sweetness and acidity are much stronger than last year's Junodai. It is more acidic than last year's Jun Dai, which I drank last year. Maybe that is why it is more drinkable than expected.
The second half is basically sweet and sour as well. But strangely enough, it is drinkable without being unpleasant. Perhaps it is because the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing.
Since I drank it before, it was quite a while ago, so it is difficult to make an exact comparison, but it was much easier to drink than I expected. It's just plain delicious.
