I opened the bottle 🍶 because I wanted to drink a sweet, sour and refreshing sake in the summer heat.
The aroma is sweet and sour, but the top aroma is not so strong.
The first sip has a refreshing sourness 🍎 and a refreshing umami taste.
It is quite sharp and dry.
I drank sake made with Koshi, Amemori, Hato Masamune, and Aoringo-Pom-Pom-Ringo acid yeast🍎🍏, but Zanso Hourai was the most refreshing, the most sake-like, and the most dry.
All are delicious though🍶.
