It's been a while since I checked in.
I've been enjoying sake since the beginning of the year, but I've been so busy that I've fallen asleep...
I'm thinking of doing a series of check-ins as a reminder.
Well, it's been a long time since I've been on a drinking spree!
The final destination is Owani Onsen!
Now, the Akita Shinkansen is crowded Hayabusa due to the uncoupling of Akita Shinkansen!
Investigating the problem while moving the train. I know some people will come close to us, but it's really amazing. Thank you very much.
This Yamagata Masamune is delicious!
You can feel the refreshing sweetness in your mouth.
It has a nice aftertaste and doesn't leave any aftertaste even if it is just sake.
However, when paired with fried ginkgo nuts, a little bitterness comes out and gives a different impression of the sake!
Thank you very much, Mr. Sake Brewer, for such a delicious sake at a normal price 😊.
