I got this because there was some kind of free shipping in March for Tochigi sake (;-).
I personally particularly liked Juichi-Masamune at a Tochigi sake tasting, but it was not sold at all, and I was finally able to buy it!
This one is a Tsukii Sake Shop original, and while the basic sake is mainly +/- zero sake, this one is dry!
However, it has a firm sweetness, and the dry taste and sharpness are the basis of the dry taste.

I wanted to buy a hi-ire junmai, but I'm glad I got this one!
And then I happened to be watching "Will You Let Me Charge?" and was surprised to see a restaurant I'd been to before!
And after that, I went to Enoshima in Admachi.

Hiraccio-san, I like this one because it is dry and sharp when heated up, and it shows the richness that is typical of nama-zake, just as I ordered it.
In the spring, I went all the way from Shizuoka to Kamakura!
It's great to have all the best parts of the trip!
