Apparently several sake breweries are releasing hiyaoroshi at the same time, and each brewery has a common label.
The brewery was destroyed by the earthquake and is now brewed at Azuma Sake Brewery in Komatsu City.
The label is very beautiful. The first half is sweet and tastes like peach or apricot. In the second half, a unique woody flavor spreads throughout the entire bottle.
I would like to try Noto Suehiro and other sake as well as the sake currently brewed by Azuma Shuzo 🤔.
