I returned to my parents' home in Aichi. Tonight, I prepared two bottles of Shinshu sake to celebrate New Year's Eve for my mother, who is from Shinshu. ‼️
The first bottle, Saku no Hana🌸 is our first brewery too‼️
The first half of Osechi and a motsu nabe (a hotchpotch): ❤️
The first one is Jun Dai, a solid Jun Dai, dry but clean, no alcohol feeling, good ‼️ dry, we can do it too 👍🥰!
My parents are also very satisfied! But ‼️‼️
