Super Tamade" is good, to say the least! Junmai Daiginjo Tamade Sake".
I bought this at the Super Tamade on the way back from the National Sake Fair, where I dropped by with Mr. Umai and Bouken.
It was so good that even the label said, "It's good to say the least! I doubt that the label even says "Tasty!
I'll have it cold.
The color is clear and slightly pale yellow.
The nose has a mild, green apple, slightly sour, citrusy aroma.
The mouthfeel is hard, mineral and smooth.
The palate has a refreshing citrusy taste with a slight yogurtiness in the back.
It is more delicious than I expected. I think this is my favorite of all the Nakai breweries I've had so far.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio:50%.
Alcohol content: 14%.
