2020 BY🍶 of chivalry
This is the first time I've ever laid down a bottle of Gikyo.
The aroma is modest and sweet on the nose.
The taste in the mouth is calm and sweet with a refreshing sweetness.
I had an image that Yamada-Nishiki's was full-bodied and sweet, but this one is dry 🤔.
I wonder if I should have heated it up 🤔.
The third and fourth pictures are from the Gikyo brewery I visited last fall.
I asked a lot of questions to the lady at the store and she said "I don't know much about it..." so I left early 😅.

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san.
I heard somewhere that the toji of Gikyo is a former Shinsei, but I thought it was surprising that he went from Shinsei to Gikyo 🤔.

Hi, Matsuchiyo😄
I had an image of chivalry as fresh, but it seems to change a lot when it's laid down 🤔.
I am a little disappointed😞 when I go to a store in a brewery and the staff is not familiar with sake. I'm just expecting it on my own 🤣.

Good evening bouken🍶.
I have heard that too.
The quality of the sake is totally different😅.
Maybe he went there to learn how to sell alcohol rather than how to make it.

Good evening, Hiro-san😊.
I'm a little pissed off, aren't you?
I'm glad you understand my brewery tour comrade 😂.
