Slightly light, slightly dry, slightly strong aroma
It is a light nigori with a refreshing slight effervescence that reminds us of summer.
There is a slight bubbling and the aroma is, well, 🤔 La France 🤔 mellow.
I also feel the fragrance is strong!
But it is refreshing and has a good spiciness and sweetness in common, leaving a delicate aftertaste.
I didn't know that Banshu Issen could have such a light nigori 😍I want to buy it if I see it in a liquor store!
Delicious!
