It has a pleasant popping sound and a good balance of sweet, tasty, sour and bitter 🍶😋.
I think the sweetness and bitterness is a little stronger than last year 🤔.

Chiebijin-san is the only sake from Oita that I have ever had, and I remember that it was well-balanced, easy to drink, and delicious 😋.
I would like to try the regular Chiebijin this year 🤗.
