The first bottle this year is Zenkichi's new sake Yamae Nishiki, which I was attracted to because of its label: ☺️ Both the upper and lower aroma are pineapple, and the fresh and light taste makes it easy to drink. The impression is of strong acidity. The sweetness comes slowly, and it seems to develop as the days go by. It has a sharpness, so I enjoyed it with hot pot and dried persimmons that arrived from my parents' house 😋I watched only Hakone Ekiden during New Year's Day: 🏃♂️

Zenkichi-san would like to drink this sake and I'm very interested in this label 👀It's Yamae Nishiki so it looks delicious ✨The Hakone Ekiden has a lot of drama and you can't take your eyes off of it ✨.

Hi ichiro18 😃I had Zenkichi-san for the first time at home because I had it outside and it was delicious. The label is challenging and nice 😁 I was sorry to hear about the Hakone Ekiden as I was rooting for Waseda 😢.
