After drinking sake from the Niki Sake Brewery, we were told that the brewer of Hyakushun was here! So we decided to drink Hyakushun.

I was told that it is a less sweet type of Hyakuharu, but it is fruity, refreshing, and a little dry.
I didn't think the sake degree of +6 was that high.
There are many types of Hyakushun that I like, but I don't buy them because they are not sold near me 🤔.
After this, I told the brewer that I wanted to drink sake from a brewery that didn't show up at last year's Gifu Sake Event, so I asked the Hyakuharu brewer to introduce me to a variety of sakes.
