It has a heavy and robust taste. Delicious with sweetness and umami of rice 😊.
It has a slightly sour or bitter aftertaste, but the sake has a fierce impression that lives up to its name 🐂. It is more refreshing when cooled crisply. Mellow when warmed.
I rather like Kurogyu 😀.
The sake cups are trophies from the Mashiko pottery fair. I plan to get some Bizen ware this winter. The cosiness of drinking at home will get worse 😢.
