Shizuoka is 40 degrees Celsius and hot, so we drank at home
So I had a cup of sake there (*^^*)
I drank it again this year, made with a wei yeast found 115 years ago. It is a white wine-like sake.
This year, the acidity has decreased and the sweetness and aroma have increased. It tastes more like sake. The aftertaste is refreshing like wine.
Won a gold medal at a sake competition this year. I support it.
