Outside drinking series(2022)
On this day, a staff member was graduating from the restaurant, so it was a very busy time for us, and we were just getting busy.
When I ordered sake, a bottle and a glass were placed before me and I was told to pour it in and drink it by myself.
However, when I looked at the picture today, I realized that the previous bottle was a special junmai orikara-mi and the one this day was junmai ginjo Hachitan-nishiki, which is a different type of junmai ginjo.
I didn't write down my impression of the taste because I thought it was the same as before. All I remember is that I enjoyed drinking it because of the atmosphere of the place.
It was a rare Jigokin, and I wanted to take my time, but I was able to send the staff off with a good time, so I guess it was a good thing.
