I thought to myself, "Yes, let's go to Kyoto. Let's go to Kyoto.
Well, it's only about 40 minutes by train.
I told Ao-chan on the group line that I was in Kyoto and she said she could be there in about 30 minutes, so we met at Asano-san.
It is a sake that has been aged for one summer.
It is a fusion of a slightly ripe and fresh taste.
It is sweet and delicious.
It is said to have a gaseous taste when it is freshly opened.
Personally, I would like to see more sake with the concept of "Hiyoroshi" in the raw sake category.

Ao, good evening 😃.
Thank you too 🙇.
I was originally going to buy this 😁.
I was able to drink it at the store so I didn't have to buy it 😋.
