Today's Kanji Takachiyo Junmai Sake is limited to (Niigata) prefecture. It was served cold with shime saba, processed mackerel from Ishikawa Prefecture.
The seafood available at the supermarket is definitely better than in Tokyo, probably because of its proximity to the sea.
A four-pack of Takachiya lasted only an hour for the two of us.
It was delicious!
