Almost colorless and transparent. It has a rich aroma reminiscent of rice and white egg powder, with a sweet and slightly heavy aroma reminiscent of vanilla. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is refreshing and lightly acidic, but as it warms up in the mouth, the umami spreads and the astringency appears, leading to a rich mouthfeel. It has a long aftertaste. A full-bodied sake.
