Let's start with the standing aroma. It has a sour aroma like yogurt. On the other hand, there is also an aroma that reminds me of pickles. In the mouth, there is sweetness and sourness of rice in a unique taste of fermentation, and at the same time, bitterness spreads in the mouth. This sake has an interesting flavor.
With chicken wings with garlic and shiso cheese.
The garlic flavor brings out the flavor of this sake and leaves a pleasant bitterness and sourness at the end. I tried it with dashi (Japanese soup stock), but it may not be a good match.
