Here are some more sake from the "SENDAI Sake Fest!" hosted by Sake no Kawashima on May 25th. This is the last sake I got at this event! I counted more than 20 kinds of sakes 😲. I've attended 7 or 8 more events like this during the time that I've been overdue on my registration, so I wonder how many different kinds I'll have to enter in total... 🫨.... And. It's Tsushimaya Gaiden ✨ I didn't know the details of the design when I drank it, but when I looked it up later, Sudwind means "south wind"! It was an active junmai brewed with white wine yeast, and combined with its fizziness and low alcohol content, it was a truly summer-oriented sake that was light and easy to drink 😊. It was a little early in the season this time, so next time I'd like to try it hot and chilled 😋. These are the sakes we had at the Sake FEST! It was the first time I attended this event, but I was amazed by the richness of Sake Kawashima's association (including the variety and the fact that so many breweries came all the way from all over Japan) and it was a great party! It was a precious opportunity for me to drink a lot of summer sake, which I don't usually drink myself because of the time of year 🫶. Thank you for a wonderful meeting ✨ I would love to attend again next time 🙋.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😆. I must record it properly! I've resumed with the determination to do so, but after yesterday's year-end party, I'm looking up to heaven with more alcohol waiting to be registered again 🫠. Thanks for your comment ✨I'll continue to have fun and not overdo it 🙋.
