We purchased it at the Okazaki Sake Brewery, which was the purpose of our recent trip to Nagano. There were two types of Shinshu Kamerei available there, and each of us had to buy a bottle. The first was sweet, but later it became slightly spicy. It was crisp and tasted better than expected.
