The sweetness and umami are so deeply penetrating...everything is perfectly balanced, including the chiliiness. ⚖️This is the first time I've had nama-shu ver, but it's not so different from hi-ire. I appreciate that I can enjoy it even if I leave it out of the fridge without losing its flavor!
I was blessed with a lot of good sake in 2025! I hope to meet a lot of good sake in 2026 with good health!
