I reserved a bottle of Kuheiji 🍶 in November. When it comes to sake in Aichi, it's either Ni-Uto or Kuheiji🤔. We had a hard time deciding between the two, but here we are at Kuheiji: ✨️🏚️ The fridge is already full, so we'll have it right away! I'll have some 🍷🙌 Pop! The bottle was opened with a solid sound! There's a slight shwash, It settles down soon. The fruity aroma is present but subdued 😤. The mouthfeel is soft, but with a strong sense of freshness💪. Sourness and some bitterness, but also a lingering deliciousness 😋💕. Again, it was nigori, but I would like to try other series 🎵. Tofu with kujo leeks Shiitake mushrooms with blue cheese Garland chrysanthemum and apple with sesame paste I'm going to try it with 🤤! It goes well with blue cheese 😚.
