Classic sake-like aroma.
Plum-like flavor with a tight acidity.
Then rice with a graininess. Slightly nutty flavor.
The alcohol spreads on the nose, but it is not a problem when served with food.
It is not bothersome when it is combined with the sauce, and it is soft.
Not too much, not too little.
