The next stop on the "Suwa Gokura Sake Brewery Tour" is Honkin.
I visited there in September. I like its mild and simple taste.
We tasted four kinds of sake.
The first one was Junmai Daiginjo. It is delicious😊.
But the price is also good.
As I said, the standard sake is the most cost-effective.
If I come across other types at the liquor store where I usually buy them, I'll buy them again.
