Whenever I find a Sairai, I always end up drinking it! The manager of Q in Sapporo told me about this brand 3 years ago. It's a brand that I don't come across that often! However, since the end of last year, I have encountered this light mist several times in the beginning of the New Year! Lucky ✌️ The scallops we reserved for our meal are now grilled! The owner's son is very proud of this dish! I can drink as many glasses of sake as I want with this! Eat about half of it as it is and squeeze lemon over the rest 🍋!
