In Nagaoka. The lady at the restaurant offered me "Abe", a hidden sake of the day that was not on the menu. I was so happy because I had wanted to try it 😄. Alcohol content 13 degrees. Akada is the name of the field. The aroma is apple-like with a pleasant acidity and umami balance. Thanks to its low alcohol content, it is light, easy to drink, and delicious. The entrée is prawn shinjo. When I told her that I wanted to buy some because it is not sold in Hiroshima, she told me that the brewery is located in Kashiwazaki, next door, and that her sister goes there to buy it directly. The next day, I will be heading in the opposite direction to Niigata City🚗.

Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😃 Abe-san, I think ma-ki-san will like it because it is more modern while retaining the lightness that is typical of Niigata 😉. I liked it by the way 😙. I'll get back to you on the Abe-san stuff 😁.
